NEW: Campers entering 1st AND 2nd grade have the option to register for an onsite-only mixed 1st-2nd grade group, or join other mixed 1st-2nd graders in groups experiencing one field trip per week! See below for more information.

MACCABIM: Kindergarten - 2nd Grade (Onsite only Programming)

Introducing the “Maccabim” program for rising Kindergarten & 1st-2nd Graders! Campers in the Maccabim program experience daily activities such as swimming or water play, sports, art, Israeli Games, cooking, gymnastics, and science! While our younger campers may not be ready to go offsite for field trips, they are visited by special guests and programs twice a week for fun activities such as Reptile Shows, Nerf Gun Tag, water slides, mini golf, Magician Shows, and more! Staff to Camper Ratio: 1:5 for K, 1:6 for 1-2 Grade

  • All campers in the Kindergarten program must be a rising Kindergartener this coming fall. (Students entering TK/DK are not eligible to register for Camp Wise LA for K-8 Grade. Must be potty trained before start of camp. Must be 5 years old by September 1st 2026)

  • 1st-2nd Graders have the option to register as “Maccabim” (onsite only) or “Nitzanim” (includes 1 weekly field trip).

NITZANIM: 1st-2nd Grade

Our 1st and 2nd grade campers get to experience all the same programs as our Kindergartners, with more activities jam-packed into the day! Every day is full of exciting programs such as sports, swim, wacky science, arts and crafts, dance, music, martial arts, yoga, nature and scavenger hunts, water fights, dress-ups, and new activities each week! Plus, weekly field trips to locations such as Discovery Cube, Underwood Family Farms, Bowling, and California Science Center! Staff to Camper Ratio: 1:6

tZANCHANIM: 3rd-4th Grade

Special adventures, color wars, countless activities, and the craziest cheers ever make for the most memorable, energetic, and fun-filled summer! Campers in 3-4 Grade get to enjoy 2 field trips per week to locations such as Universal Studios, Our Big Kitchen LA, Pacific Park, California Science Center, Mini Golf, and Magic Mountain! Staff to Camper Ratio: 1:8

nOSIM: 5th-8th Grade

Our 5th thru 8th Graders, aka the “big kids” at camp, get to experience their last few summers as campers building leadership skills, bonding with staff, and take on responsibilities such as “Maccabim x Nosim” buddy programs and practicing mindfulness. Our oldest campers will get 2-3 field trips per week to their favorite locations such as Universal Studios, Pacific Park, Magic Mountain, plus past favorites just for them - Beach Days, Off The Wall GameZone, Scavenger Hunts, and Swan Boats! Staff to Camper Ratio: 1:10. 5-6 Graders experience 2 field trips per week, 7-8 Graders experience 3 field trips per week.
